The basics

By using ULTRV you agree to these terms. ULTRV provides a blog hosting service. You create content; we host it.

Your content

You own everything you write. We don't claim any rights to your content. You can export or delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use ULTRV for illegal content, spam, harassment, or malware distribution. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines.

ULTRV is a place to publish useful, original blog content. You may include relevant links in your writing, but you may not create a blog or post primarily to promote another blog, website, or product, build backlinks, or improve an external site's search-engine rankings. For example, registering an account to publish a keyword-targeted post whose main purpose is to link readers or search engines to your product's website is not permitted, even if the post contains only one outbound link. We may remove these posts or the accounts used to publish them.

Availability

We aim to keep ULTRV running and available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
